Strawberry Lemonade Poke Cake
Ingredients
1 Lemon Cake mix
1 box strawberry @jello
1 tub of @coolwhip
1 lemon for garnish
Fresh strawberries for garnish
Instructions
Bake the cake as directed, let cool. Using a wooden spoon or dowel, poke holes across the entire cake. Make Jell-O gelatin according to box directions, fill holes with Jell-O mix, cover, refrigerate 30 minutes. Frost with Cool Whip and garnish with sliced fresh strawberries and lemon zest! Enjoy!

* for a more lemon flavor, squeeze the juice of one lemon and add to cake batter.
